David Bratky is Walt’s new co-host, bringing his many years of experience as a Law Of Attraction coach to the show. This week the guys get to know each other and explore the similarities and differences between them in their approaches to the Law Of Attraction.
Sadly, this week we say goodbye to Joel Elston, whose life has become so full with all the great stuff happening in it that he must regretfully leave our show behind.
Mark and Uohna join Walt this week to discuss the Neuroscience of Feeling Good. Next week, Walt is joined by a new co-host.
Joel is still away getting his new treatment center set up, so Uohna jumps in once again to share her insights into how to change your focus away from the things you want to attract what you do want into your life. This is a fun show this week, so don’t skip it!
Focus: it’s the most important part of applying the Law of Attraction. When we don’t get what we ask for, it’s because we allow our focus to wander to what we don’t want, rather than what we do want.
This week we talk about our own struggles with maintaining focus and discuss some of the techniques we use to regain our focus when it starts to elude us.
Joel is still on hiatus, working to get his new Law Of Attraction-based treatment center on-track.
Joel it taking two more weeks off to get settled in his new role of director at the treatment center, so Uohna and Mark join Walt this week to do book reports.
Under discussion: Awakened Imagination, by Neville Goddard and Before Happiness, by Shawn Achor.
The good news is that Joel is back! The bad news is that the reason he’s been away for the past two weeks is because his mom died suddenly and unexpectedly.
But Joel has also mastered the art of successfully dealing with grief, and he shares his secret method with us.
You will be amazed at how positive he feels after such a negative event in his life!
With Joel on personal leave for a second week in a row, Uohna once again steps up to the mic. This week we talk about how we deal with down times when it’s hard to get your mind back on a positive track.
We’re hoping that Joel will be back on the mic next week.
When he’s back, we will continue with our interrupted discussion of The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne.
Joel takes this week off for personal reasons, so Walt gets joined by some old friends here on LOA Today: his brother Mark and sister-in-law Uohna continue our discussion of The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.
Joel will be back next week, when we will pick up where we left off.
This week we conclude our exploration of Think And Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill.
You don’t have to buy into what Hill says in this chapter in order to put his principles into effect in your life. However, it does round things off to discover how he chose to use the power of what we later called the Law of Attraction to improve his own life.
Hill daringly decided he could talk to dead people with names like Ralph Waldo Emerson, Thomas Paine, Thomas Edison, and Abraham Lincoln, as well as contemporaries like Henry Ford and Andrew Carnegie.
He called the group his Councilors and claimed to have extensive conversations with them.
Crazy? Maybe. Personally, we both would like to have that ability.
Next week, we will start on our next book for discussion chapter by chapter. It’s called The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. Subscribe to our podcast now so that you don’t miss a single episode!
Some would say that this chapter of Napoleon Hill’s classic book is the most “out there” chapter in the book.
We say it’s the most amazing chapter because it got so much right so far ahead of its time.
Today, modern science continues to unintentionally confirm aspect after aspect of Hill’s thesis, although modern scientists would mostly reject it.
But the trend is unmistakable, and we believe it’s irreversible.
Hill’s explanation may be rudimentary, but that’s not what matters.
What matters is how amazingly accurate he was, even in that rudimentary state.
