The “Master Mind” is a key component of Napoleon Hill’s classic model for acquiring wealth, Think And Grow Rich. We begin our exploration of Chapter 7, Organized Planning this week, and because it is such a long chapter densely packed with useful information, we will continue our discussion of it next week.
A “Master Mind” is any group of two or more people who come together to discuss and strategize. While the concept is most appropriate for a business venture, it actually works for anything the group wants to accomplish.
The idea behind a Master Mind is that multiple individuals contributing to the same goal will produce something far more likely to succeed than a single individual by himself or herself is likely to do.
It’s not that lone individuals can’t successfully build anything on their own. Many have done exactly that. But by far the most successful model is where individuals come together and work together toward a common goal.
